Working It Out
So although I haven't been eating quite the way I should YET I have been working out a whole lot! I have been running at least 30 minutes at least three days a week. I love it. It helps me clear my head and makes me feel better about life! :) PS pretty sure I gained weight this week...cupcakes are my weakness!

Good job with the running! I am trying to convince myself to get back on the treadmill - I stopped about 2-3 weeks ago because I was getting shin splints and haven't managed to convince myself to get back at it yet. Maybe this weekend :)

yay for exercising!! it something that i have not done yet, but know i need to. ec keeps rubbing it in each time i talk to her about how much she works out.....hopefully eventually it will rub off on me!
